Exchange Policy
At Vain Intimates, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to process an exchange for the same item. If the item is no longer available, it can be exchanged for an item for equal or lesser value.
Eligibility for Exchange

Timeframe: You must initiate the exchange process within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The item must be returned to us undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items returned in any other condition will not be eligible for exchange and will be sent back to the customer.

Final Sale Items: Please note that all Sale items or items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.
How to Initiate an Exchange

Email Us: To start the exchange process, please send an email to hello@vainintimates.com within the 30-day window.

Provide Details: In your email, clearly state your Order Number and the reason for the exchange (e.g., wrong size, different color, style preference).

Confirmation: Once we confirm the item's availability and eligibility, Vain Intimates will email you a prepaid return shipping label for you to print out and affix to your package.

Ship It: Carefully package the item and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Processing the Exchange
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the required condition, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you or issue store credit within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the exchange item has been shipped.
